Our business mentoring services were created for mental health professionals ready to launch their private or small group practice or in need of guidance for a business that’s not going in the direction you desire. You will receive the support and expertise you need to ensure your unique business is set up correctly and you are ready to serve your clients ethically and responsibly while maximizing your time and business strategy.
We will walk alongside you as a mentor to help you identify, create, and grow your vision. From practical tasks like understanding what the heck an excise tax is to creatively building a space you want to work in every day and adding efficient processes so you focus on the business activities you love the most.

Business Startup: Invest in yourself and commit to your business goals, building a solid foundation with 4 hours of mentoring monthly and outreach and networking over the course of 9 months to ramp up with support. Ideal for those ready to invest and grow!
$1200/month
Business Essentials Seminar: Condensed version of the business startup experience, but in a small group setting to offer a more cost-effective option that comes with the benefits of small group learning - creative ideas, community, and connections that can last past the experience. Topics include vision, purpose, & goals, business essentials & planning, finances & metrics, and marketing & networking.

As needed: Mentoring meetings to explore if owning your own practice is right for you, accountability to keep you moving forward to reach your goals or anytime you need support along the way.
$300/hour - can be booked in 1-2 hour timeframes
Not someone who enjoys getting out there for outreach and networking, but understand the importance? Orca Health Partners will provide outreach and networking services to represent you and drive referrals to your business while you focus on serving your clients or supporting your team.

As we discover what your business needs to succeed, we will connect you with experts in their field who have been vetted and are at the top of their game. It can be overwhelming figuring out how to choose and who to trust. We have done the research and gained insight into who is providing the best business services - legal, accounting, billing, contract & credentialing, marketing/branding, HIPPA compliance, state approved supervision, EHR services and more.

We have a vision for internal support, adding value to your experience and access to others in the field.
